The site is located closely to an international checkpoint on the border with the European Union, next to a busy highway. There are two large shopping centers, a McDonald’s and an international sports facility, the Grebnoy Canal, nearby. In the immediate vicinity, there is a KIA auto center with parking for cars and accomplished landscaping.
The design concept assumes a circular movement of cars with the location of parking spaces near the building. On the right, there is a guest parking and exhibition spaces for cars. Near the main entrance there is a place for an exhibition car model. Below there is a place for service maintenance. The showroom building is pushed forward for greater expressiveness.
