The cultural center is the first of the set of buildings in a public complex on the territory of the former communal warehouse zone in the area of the city park along Fomina Street. This is a unique educational and entertainment facility, which is based on a retro technology museum-exhibition. The exposition of the museum recreates the feeling of certain periods of history: in the halls, there are models of buildings and streets.
Warehouses located on the territory earlier were reconstructed for the needs of the exposition. The area around the building is made in the form of a cobbled pavement. The facades of the building are decorated in the style of the historical buildings of European cities without any clear stylistic direction; they are a combination of separate heterogeneous fragments.
