The project remained unrealized. The customer of the project documentation is Prodom LLC. This house is small and compact compared to the others in the neighborhood: there are only 24 apartments on six floors.
The first floor is occupied entirely by built-in retail premises. The apartments have an improved layout: they include large kitchens-dining rooms, spacious separate bathrooms (except for one-room apartments); on the top floor, there is an apartment with a large terrace.
