The apartment building was put into operation at the end of 2018. The developer and the general contractor is Prodom LLC. The house has three entrances with a total of 180 apartments, 15 and 10 storeys. A distinctive feature of this building is the presence of a parking lot that occupies the entire basement. Thanks to this built-in parking, all apartments on the 1st floor have large open terraces about three and a half meters wide, and the residents have the opportunity to purchase their own parking space.
The range of apartments in this house is diverse: there are both classic-layout apartments and apartments with an enlarged kitchen (kitchen-dining room), and small-sized studio apartments. The building is monolithic reinforced concrete frame, so most of the internal walls are not load-bearing, so in the future residents have an opportunity to redevelop their apartments.
